I made egg rolls for dinner tonight, but there are always a few wraps leftover and they always go to waste. I’ve made Giada’s Nutella ravioli a few times, but we were out of Nutella and after a long productive day, I was determined to have chocolate ravioli for dessert!
If you’re interested in having this for dessert too, here’s how:
Chop up a handful of almonds and throw them into a double boiler with two handfuls of choc. chips and a splash of whipping cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and let cool.
Once the chocolate mixture is cooled, spoon it onto the egg roll wraps, seal with egg and fry when you’re ready. Usually, it only takes about a minute, maybe longer to fry them up.
